PANews 8月11日消息，X（原推特）官方宣布，已将创作者广告收益分享的资格门槛从过去3个月内的1500万次展示次数降低到500万次，还将最低支付门槛从50美元降低至10美元。马斯克补充道：“这实质上意味着X Premium（又名Twitter Blue）对于产生超过500万次浏览量的帐户是免费的。请注意，只有来自经过验证的账户的浏览量才算在内，否则诈骗者会使用机器人将浏览量无限放大。”
