PANews reported on May 28 that Telegram founder Pavel Durov said in a post that Telegram has reached a one-year cooperation agreement with Elon Musk's xAI company to integrate Grok AI into the Telegram application and distribute it to more than 1 billion users. Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI, and will also enjoy 50% of the xAI subscription revenue sold through the platform.
