PANews reported on November 26 that Phantom officially supports Coinbase’s Ethereum Layer-2 network Base, ending the previous testing phase and now open to all users. Users can use the Phantom wallet to exchange tokens between Base and Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon, and can also purchase ETH and USDC directly on the Base chain.

Phantom was originally a single-chain wallet focused on Solana. Since May 2023, it has expanded to support Ethereum and Polygon, gradually transforming into a multi-chain platform.
