PANews 10月6日消息，据CoinDesk报道，SBF名下两架价值数百万美元的豪华飞机可能会被没收。在周三晚间提交的一份文件中，美国司法部（DOJ）发布的一份没收法案列出了Bombardier Global和Embraer Legacy两架飞机，这两架飞机属于SBF的资产，可能会被没收。文件中称，政府的立场是，这两架飞机都应被没收，因为它们是用欺诈所得购买的财产。而FTX声称所有权的依据是用于购买飞机的贷款没有记录在案。
