PANews reported on January 16 that the latest data obtained from Sensor Tower showed that it is estimated that in the past seven days (January 8 to January 14, local time), the number of mobile app downloads of Xiaohongshu in the United States increased by more than 20 times compared with the previous seven days (January 1 to January 7, local time), and increased by more than 30 times compared with the same period in 2024. Since the beginning of the month, more than one-fifth (22%) of the total downloads of Xiaohongshu apps came from the United States, while this proportion was only 2% in the same period in 2024.
