No one wins the first round of voting in the Japanese House of Representatives Prime Minister nomination election, Shigeru Ishiba and Yoshihiko Noda enter the runoff

PANews reported on November 11 that according to Jinshi, Japan held a special parliament on November 11 local time to hold a prime minister nomination election. In the first round of voting for the Japanese House of Representatives prime minister nomination election, all the candidates who received votes did not receive the required number of votes, and the voting will enter the final round. In this round of voting, the top two vote-getters were Ishiba Shigeru, president of the Liberal Democratic Party, and Noda Yoshihiko, leader of the largest opposition party, the Constitutional Democratic Party. The two will enter the final round of voting later.

Earlier news said that Japan's ruling coalition failed to win a majority of seats in the House of Representatives, and Ishiba Shigeru may become one of Japan's "short-lived" prime ministers.
