PANews reported on February 13 that Coinbase International Station X Platform stated that it will begin converting the IP-PERP pre-release market to a standard perpetual futures market at around 15:00 UTC (23:00 Beijing time). Once started, the conversion process is expected to take 4 hours to complete.
