Uber considers using stablecoins to reduce cross-border payment costs

PANews reported on June 6 that according to Bloomberg, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said at the Bloomberg Technology Conference in San Francisco that the company is in the process of studying the use of stablecoins to optimize the global funds transfer process. He pointed out that stablecoins "have practical benefits for global companies" and can significantly reduce the cost of cross-border transfers. Khosrowshahi called the technology "very interesting" and Uber is actively evaluating its application potential.
