PANews reported on May 1 that Ethena Labs announced a partnership with the TON blockchain to integrate its USDe product into Telegram, covering its one billion users. The partnership includes integration with non-custodial TON wallets, custodial wallets within Telegram, and TON DeFi applications. Users can obtain USDe through wallets such as TON Space, and pledge to receive Ethena rewards. The Telegram wallet will provide the USDT Earn function, allowing USDT to be pledged and receive Ethena income. Ethena will also support the DeFi ecosystem on TON, and plans to launch direct payment integration in the future, supporting cards and Apple Pay.
