PANews reported on March 11 that according to Ember’s monitoring, a whale was facing liquidation risk due to leveraged long ETH and had to sell 25,800 ETH (about 47.81 million USDT) to lower the liquidation line. The sale took place 5 hours ago, when the price of ETH fell to $1,853. The whale’s ETH was originally bought at an average price of $3,084 through leverage in July 2024, and the loss of leverage alone has reached $31.75 million.
