PANews reported on January 23 that CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju tweeted that Ethereum has lost its core narrative. It is no longer a super-sound currency, the center of killer DApps, or a developer-centric blockchain. Only market-driven narratives can unite the cryptocurrency community. Without these narratives, promotion is meaningless, and this seems to be what Vitalik Buterin has ignored.

Ki Young Ju also said that if Bitcoin’s narrative was just “P2P electronic cash”, its market cap would not have reached $2 trillion. It is now digital gold that stores value and represents clean capital.
