PANews reported on April 18 that Shanghai Mayor Gong Zheng met with Nvidia CEO Huang Renxun and his delegation today. Gong Zheng welcomed Nvidia to strengthen cooperation with local companies to jointly promote the development of AI and integrated circuit industries. Huang Renxun emphasized that the Chinese market is crucial to Nvidia, Shanghai is its important R&D base, and promised to continue to provide high-quality services to China.
