Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced it will move its headquarters back to the United States and change its name to Keel Infrastructure.

PANews reported on February 7th, citing Globenewswire, that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced it will move its headquarters and registered office from Canada to the United States, and will also change its name to Keel Infrastructure. These changes are subject to approval from shareholders, the stock exchange, and the courts. Keel Infrastructure will be a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, and its common stock will be traded on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange after the change of registration.
