PANews reported on February 13 that, according to an announcement from SBI Holdings, its subsidiary SBI Ventures Asset has signed a letter of intent with Coinhako to inject capital into Coinhako and acquire shares from existing shareholders, aiming to obtain a majority stake and consolidate it into the company's financial statements; the transaction is subject to structural details and regulatory approvals.
SBI plans to acquire a controlling stake in Singapore-based trading platform Coinhako.
