Kevin O’Leary: Until the quantum threat is resolved, institutions will limit their Bitcoin holdings to 3%.

PANews reported on February 17 that Kevin O'Leary, a star investor on the show "The Winners of Innovation," posted on the X platform that he remains bullish on Bitcoin, but quantum computing has now become a new source of concern.

He stated that quantum computing has made institutions hesitant, as they worry that quantum computers might one day crack the blockchain. As long as this issue remains unresolved, institutional investors are unlikely to increase their Bitcoin allocation to more than 3%. They will remain cautious and disciplined, awaiting clearer conclusions.
