PANews reported on February 20 that Federal Reserve Chairman Bostic stated that if inflation "goes astray" and begins to rise, the Fed will have to put the option of raising interest rates on the table. He believes the neutral interest rate could be 0.25 to 0.5 percentage points lower than the current policy rate.
