PANews reported on February 23 that, according to Cointelegraph, Missouri's Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Fund bill HB2080 has been submitted to the State House Commerce Committee for consideration. If passed, the state treasurer would be permitted to receive, invest in, and hold Bitcoin under certain circumstances.
