Jensen Huang reiterated his assessment of the impact of AI on the software industry, stating that the market has "misjudged" the situation and that AI assistants will improve software efficiency.

PANews reported on February 26th that Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang refuted concerns that AI assistants would erode the software industry, stating that "the market has misjudged the situation." On February 25th, local time, Huang stated in an interview with foreign media that the market has misjudged the threat of AI to software companies. He reiterated his view that AI assistants will not replace these software tools, but rather will use them, even though this may sound "paradoxical." He added that many software companies will use AI assistants to develop software and improve efficiency. Huang stated, "All these tools we use today, whether it's Cadence, Synopsys, ServiceNow, or SAP, exist for a fundamental and legitimate reason. AI assistants will become intelligent software, able to use these tools on our behalf and help us significantly improve productivity... Ultimately, we need tools to get things done and to provide feedback in a way we can understand."
