Avalanche ecosystem accelerator Colony announced it will cease operations at the end of this quarter.

PANews reported on February 27 that Colony, the Avalanche ecosystem fund and accelerator project, released an official Medium statement announcing that after five years of dedicated work in the AVAX ecosystem, the team has decided to cease operations by the end of Q1 2026. The statement cited factors such as weakening ecosystem growth and funding/project inflows, as well as changes in core technology and asset governance, making continued operation difficult. During the liquidation period, liquidity and community funds will not be used. The team's CLY tokens have not been sold or staked, and the team plans to make a final distribution to CLY stakers and gradually shut down the front-end.
