PANews reported on March 11th, citing Cointelegraph, that data from DeFiLlama shows the total value of tokenized real-world assets (RWA) on public blockchains has grown by approximately 66% since the beginning of the year, reaching approximately $23.6 billion. Tokenized funds (including products backed by US Treasury bonds, bonds, and money market funds) lead the pack at $10.5 billion (44.5%), followed by tokenized gold and commodities at approximately $6.5 billion, and tokenized stocks at nearly $4 billion. Tokenized stocks surpassed $1 billion on Tuesday, and the tokenized US Treasury market, after exceeding $10 billion in February, rose to $11.13 billion in March.
The total value of tokenized assets has risen to $23.6 billion, an increase of approximately 66% since the beginning of the year.
