PANews reported on March 27th that blockchain investigator ZachXBT stated on the X platform that Circle unfroze two previously frozen hot wallets today, labeled "500 Casino" and "Whale." Previously, due to frozen addresses, users were unable to withdraw funds from a centralized exchange to the affected business hot wallets. ZachXBT pointed out that currently, basic details regarding the case, such as the plaintiff, expert witnesses, and why Circle did not raise objections, have not yet been released.

According to previous reports, ZachXBT stated that Circle, under pressure from public opinion, had unfrozen one of the 16 USDC wallets that had been blacklisted.
