PANews reported on March 27 that Verse8, a Web3 social gaming platform, has completed a $5 million seed funding round. Investors include Neowiz, Story Foundation, Nexpace, Nexus, and MARBLEX Corp.

The platform reportedly combines social networks, gamification, and blockchain ownership to allow users to create, interact, and monetize content in a decentralized environment, connecting entertainment and the digital economy through on-chain identities and interactive virtual spaces.
