In an interview for his new book, Binance founder CZ revealed that the book was written in a federal prison—where he was only allowed one shared laptop per day, with a time limit of 15 minutes per session.

The prison schedule was extremely regular, and in his spare time he only did two things: exercise and squeeze in 15 minutes to write.

He expressed his willingness to write down everything he experienced, agreed with, and disagreed with. He has only two purposes in writing this book: to keep himself busy and to leave a record of this experience.
