PANews reported on April 12th, citing Fortune, that Matt Huang, co-founder and CEO of Paradigm, a crypto investment firm with approximately $12 billion in assets under management, stated that Gen Z employees "can sometimes create a lot of chaos, which can be infuriating," but their creativity and technological breakthroughs are equally impressive, keeping him firmly committed to investing in young talent. He revealed that MIT dropout Charlie Noyes joined the company at just 19 years old but subsequently played a key role in MEV research and Flashbots investments, propelling the infrastructure into a vital part of the Ethereum ecosystem. Matt Huang described the Paradigm team as "like running an X-Men academy," noting that while young employees bring uncertainty, their technical capabilities and speed of innovation often "far surpass those of traditional practitioners."
Crypto investment firm Paradigm strongly supports Generation Z: It will continue to bet on young talent, recognizing their immense potential despite the current chaos.
