Ethereum's Q1 transaction volume surpassed 200 million, setting a new all-time high, but the price is still half of its all-time high.

PANews reported on April 17 that, according to data from Artemis cited by CoinDesk, the Ethereum network (base-layer) processed 200.4 million transactions in the first quarter of 2026, marking the first time this metric has surpassed the 200 million mark, representing a 43% increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2025.
