The cooperation includes the launch of the EAG Contribution Pool, allowing users to control their assets while HashKey Cloud provides node operation and technical support.

Hong Kong, April 20, 2026 – During the Web3 Festival, HashKey Cloud, the digital asset infrastructure service platform of HashKey Group, announced a partnership with the Ethereum Applications Guild (EAG) to launch an ETH staking support program for EAG ecosystem participants.

This plan aims to provide more transparent and verifiable Ethereum staking infrastructure services for EAG Alliance participants and the broader Ethereum ecosystem builders. Under the premise of ensuring users' independent control over their assets, a portion of the staking rewards will be used to support the development of EAG and the Ethereum native application ecosystem through a specific contribution mechanism.

This collaboration represents a further extension of HashKey's long-term commitment to building the Ethereum ecosystem and provides a new support path for application-layer development.

Using ETH staking rewards to support the ecosystem and establish a long-term support mechanism for the application layer.

EAG is a global, non-profit collaborative organization dedicated to promoting the innovation, adoption, and real-world impact of Ethereum-native applications. By connecting developers, institutions, and various stakeholders within the Ethereum ecosystem, EAG explores and builds open, transparent, and sustainable application-layer collaboration mechanisms to drive the long-term and sustainable growth of the Ethereum application ecosystem.

EAG's concept originates from "Shanhaiwu's" three-year ongoing practice surrounding AI, the Ethereum ecosystem, and public goods. Its core aim is to establish a longer-term, sustainable support mechanism for the growth and real-world implementation of native applications. This collaboration hopes to leverage ETH staking as an infrastructure capability, enabling participants to support network operations while also providing continuous support for application ecosystem development.

EAG Contribution Pool launched to serve the staking needs of ecosystem participants.

According to the cooperation agreement, HashKey Cloud will provide a dedicated front-end page for the EAG Contribution Pool (DAPP) and offer underlying technical architecture support. This DAPP will be embedded as a technical interface on the EAG official website or other partner wallets and platforms, allowing users to directly participate in ETH staking.

EAG Contribution Pool supports 0x02 node mode, with a minimum of 32 ETH and a maximum of 2048 ETH per node. User assets are always under the control of the user; HashKey Cloud does not touch, control, or retain user funds, and primarily provides node operation and related technical service support.

In terms of operation, rewards will not be claimed until a node has accumulated 2048 ETH; once a node has accumulated 2048 ETH, the rewards will be deposited into the user's exclusive Withdrawal Vault. Users can claim their rewards independently or have them automatically distributed according to preset parameters through the Claim & Contribute mechanism.

This collaboration aims to further integrate infrastructure capabilities with ecosystem development needs: on the one hand, to provide EAG ecosystem participants with professional, transparent, and verifiable ETH staking services; on the other hand, to promote ecosystem support methods from one-time donations and short-term grants to a more sustainable contribution mechanism.
