PANews reported on April 24th that, according to a CoW DAO announcement , CoW Swap has implemented two solver infrastructure upgrades to strengthen the bidding mechanism and optimize the execution process. Update one is "hiding bids until the deadline," meaning solvers will not see each other's bids during the auction and can only bid blindly before the deadline, helping to maintain strategy independence and improve user transaction results. Update two removes the UCP ( Uniform Clearing Price ) constraint. This mechanism was considered to add restrictions at the system level without providing additional benefits to users. Removing it simplifies solver logic, allowing the best solution to win more efficiently. The team stated that this move aims to improve matching efficiency and maintain price consistency among users of the same trading pair.
