Anchorage and Google Cloud launch correspondent banking service, allowing AI agents to access and transfer funds.

PANews reported on May 6th, citing Cointelegraph, that crypto bank Anchorage has partnered with Google Cloud to launch a correspondent banking service that allows AI agents to access and transfer funds without human intervention. Anchorage's co-founder and CEO stated that the industry has the potential to become a trillion-dollar market. The new service provides AI agents with verifiable transaction identities, preset spending limits, permissions and policies, and auditable features to maintain compliance. Google Cloud will provide an intelligent layer that allows AI agents to "discover, negotiate, and coordinate" with each other.
