B2C2 has obtained a MiCA license in Luxembourg, enabling it to provide over-the-counter (OTC) trading services within the European Union.

PANews reported on May 15th that, according to The Block, B2C2 has obtained a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license from the Luxembourg Financial Services Authority, allowing it to provide regulated services under the EU's MiCA framework. This license enables B2C2 to offer over-the-counter (OTC) spot trading services to all EU member states and the three European Economic Area countries through MiCA's pass-through system. B2C2 claims this makes it the first global OTC liquidity provider to obtain a CASP license. B2C2 had previously registered as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.
