PANews reported on May 16th that, according to sources familiar with the matter, SpaceX will determine its initial public offering (IPO) price as early as June 11th, with shares listing on June 12th. SpaceX will choose Nasdaq as its IPO listing venue, and SpaceX shares will trade under the ticker symbol "SPCX".

According to previous reports , SpaceX's prospectus is expected to be released as early as next week.
