Iranian officials refute reports of enriched uranium remaining in the country.

PANews reported on May 21 that, according to Al Jazeera, a senior Iranian official denied reports that Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei had issued a new order requiring enriched uranium to remain within Iran, calling it "propaganda by the enemies of the agreement." The official added, "No new orders have been issued. Tehran's position remains consistent—Iran will dilute these materials on its own, and this will be the subject of the next phase of negotiations."
