PANews reported on May 31 that, according to The Block, the Cardano Foundation announced that the Cardano Summit 2026, originally scheduled for this year, will not be held as planned because the vote on funding did not reach the network's two-thirds approval threshold. The Cardano Foundation stated that it will respect the voting results and begin to gradually conclude preparations for the summit.
