SpaceX is pressuring banks to pay underwriting fees of less than 0.75%.

PANews reported on June 2nd that, according to market sources, SpaceX is pressuring banks to achieve a record low IPO fee rate. SpaceX is in talks with banks underwriting its initial public offering (IPO) to seek underwriting fees below 0.75%. Despite SpaceX's negotiations to reduce underwriting fees, banks are still likely to receive approximately $500 million from the IPO.
