On June 2nd, Gate Europe successfully hosted the "Capital Social at Money20/20 Europe" industry networking event. The event, jointly organized by Gate Institutional, Gate Fiat, and Gate Pay, attracted over 150 professionals from the payments, OTC, institutional trading, and fintech sectors to discuss the integration of digital assets with traditional finance and development opportunities in the institutional market.
During the event, Gate's senior team and industry guests exchanged views on topics such as the integration of fiat currency and digital assets, institutional liquidity, cross-border payments, and institutional-grade settlement. Partner Utexo held a special session on institutional liquidity, fiat currency infrastructure, and payment synergy. In a roundtable discussion themed "Everything Capital," participants focused on topics such as capital flow efficiency, institutional payment network construction, the evolution of the OTC market structure, and innovations in cross-border settlement.
This event provided a platform for in-depth exchange among traditional financial institutions, payment companies, and participants in the digital asset industry. Currently, Gate Europe, the Maltese entity under the Gate Group, has obtained European MiCA and PI licenses under the supervision of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), continuously advancing its European compliance strategy and strengthening its infrastructure capabilities in institutional payments, fiat currency channels, and cross-border settlement. As the industry moves towards higher levels of compliance and institutionalization, Gate will continue to deepen global industry collaboration and promote the integration of digital assets with traditional finance.
