Gold jewelry price per gram drops nearly 450 yuan this year

PANews, June 20 – According to a report by Cailian Press, international gold prices continued to weaken. As of the New York close on Friday (June 19), spot gold fell 0.79% to $4,154.78 per ounce, while gold futures dropped 1.72% to $4,172.9 per ounce. Affected by the adjustment in international gold prices, the price of pure gold jewelry from multiple domestic brands fell to approximately 1,260 yuan per gram, a decline of nearly 450 yuan from this year's high.
