Binance has notified customers in some EU countries to withdraw funds due to temporarily failing to obtain MiCA license

PANews June 26 news, according to Cointelegraph citing the Financial Times, Binance will stop providing services to EU customers starting next week due to its failure to obtain a MiCA license. Binance has notified customers in Poland, Italy, Spain, and France to withdraw their funds.

Previously, yesterday's news reported that Binance withdrew its MiCA license application in Greece and will turn to other EU member states to seek authorization. Binance stated that Europe remains an important market, its commitment to compliant operations under the EU's unified MiCA regulatory framework is unchanged, and it expects to obtain the relevant licenses in a new member state in the coming months, but the specific country will be announced when "ready."
