This may violate Executive Order 14233 signed by President Trump, which requires that bitcoins obtained by the government through criminal forfeiture be added to the "National Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" and cannot be sold. Currently, the bitcoin address has a zero balance, indicating that the assets may have been liquidated.
