PANews reported on January 24th that, according to The Block, the co-founder of CertiK stated in an interview in Davos, Switzerland this week that the cybersecurity company, founded in 2018, is exploring a path to going public. "We don't have any very specific IPO plans at the moment. But it's definitely something we're working on."
CertiK's most recent funding round was in 2022, when it completed an $88 million Series B3 funding round led by Insight Partners, Tiger Global, and Advent International, valuing the company at $2 billion. Earlier this month, CertiK announced a strategic partnership with YZi Labs.
