The entity was established on June 3, 2024 and is a statutory trust. The registered agent is CSC Delaware Trust Company, located in Wilmington, Delaware.
As previously reported, 21Shares has submitted an S-1 application and plans to launch the first XRP ETF "21Shares Core XRP Trust " .
