PANews reported on February 19 that according to CoinDesk, the U.S. federal court detailed the size of SBF's assets before he was tried and imprisoned for fraud, and how the U.S. government quickly intervened to confiscate about $1 billion in financial assets and two aircraft. The final confiscation order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday formally deprived SBF of ownership in a dozens-page property list. Court documents reveal the extensive assets claimed by the former billionaire, including a large number of crypto assets from Alameda Research, a trading company he co-founded.

Among the many pages involving cryptocurrencies, Alameda's assets in Binance include: $56 million in XRP, $3.6 million in TRX, $3.4 million in ADA, $2.3 million in BTC, and dozens of other tokens. The most important asset is the proceeds from the sale of Robinhood shares - $606 million held by SBF's Emergent Fidelity Technologies. Other financial assets include: 119 million USDT held by Alameda Research in Binance; $21 million held by Emergent Fidelity Technologies in Marex; $50 million held by FTX Digital Markets in Moonstone Bank; $101 million held by FTX Digital Markets in Silvergate; and $7 million held by SBF and another individual in Flagstar Bank. The list of confiscated assets also includes two private jets: a 2009 Bombardier Global5000 and a 2006 Embraer Legacy.

The court filing also details more than 250 political donations that have been withdrawn from the recipients’ campaigns and organizations, including amounts donated by FTX executives at the direction of SBF. In the past U.S. Congress, one-third of members received donations from SBF or other FTX executives, and they also donated to a wide range of state-level political organizations.
