브라질 최대 암호화폐 중개업체 Mercado Bitcoin SA 소유주인 2TM Participacoes SA가 5000만 달러 투자를 유치했다고 블룸버그가 보도했다. 미 사모펀드 10T 홀딩스, VC 트라이브 캐피털, 피포 캐피털 등이 투자했다. 이를 통해 2TM 기업가치는 21.5억 달러로 평가받게 될 전망이다. 이번 투자는 지난 7월 진행된 두 번째 투자 라운드의 일부다. 당시 2TM은 소프트뱅크 라틴아메리카펀드로부터 2억달러 규모 투자를 유치했으며 기업가치는 21억달러로 평가됐다.
