암호화폐 전문 미디어 비트코인매거진에 따르면, 안톤 실루아노프 전 러시아 재무부 장관이 최근 "비트코인을 금지하는 것은 인터넷을 금지하는 것과 같다"고 말했다. 앞서 안톤 실루아노프 전 러시아 재무부 장관은 "암호화폐는 금지가 아니라 규제해야 한다"고 말한 바 있다.
