PANews reported on December 14th that Charlie Noyes, a general partner at Paradigm, tweeted that he has resigned from his position and will continue to participate in Kalshi affairs as a board observer alongside Paradigm founder Matt Huang. Charlie Noyes joined Paradigm at the age of 19, becoming the venture capital firm's first employee.
