PANews 8月4日消息，嘉楠科技发布公告称，公司两位董事孔剑平和孙奇锋于2020年7月31日任期届满。任期届满后，他们不再继续担任公司董事会联席主席和董事职务，将不会寻求任命或参加公司董事会的选举。
公告还表示，经提名委员会提名，嘉楠科技董事会确定增补杜红超、舒知堂、张文军和张雅萍为本届董事会独立董事。同时，嘉楠科技董事会独立董事张弘、杨小虎和罗玫于2020年8月1日届满离任。
