在4月10日举办的“2019中国国际区块链技术与应用大会”上，国家互联网金融安全技术专家委员会秘书长吴震表示，能否有效大规模应用是区块链发展的最大瓶颈，有三个应用难点，不可替代性，非原生数字资产上链和工程可实施性。
此外，他认为要正确看待区块链，充分认识当前发展阶段和区块链美好愿景的巨大差距，着力突破技术瓶颈，避免以偏概全和过于夸大，但也要理性看待，未来的想象空间和发展空间是比较大的。
