南非拟禁止养老基金投资CBDC以外的加密货币

PANews 10月31日消息，据BeInCrypto报道，南非财政部长Enoch Godongwana提出了一项立法草案，根据第28条规定，对养老基金成员基金的投资方式进行了限制。根据旧法规，投资组合经理可以将至多2.5%的成员基金投资于广泛的“其他资产”类别，其中包括加密货币资产（除CBDC以外）。现在，新规则在新的政府公报中明确排除了加密货币。由于缺乏对投资者的保护，南非监管机构对加密货币的投机性表示怀疑，但同时也在探索分布式账本技术的可能用例。
