PANews 2月10日消息，EOS网络基金会领导人 Yves La Rose推特发文表示，EOS网络基金会正在采取所有可能的法律手段，要求 Block.one 归还其在 EOS 众筹阶段所募得的 41 亿美元。EOS将转型成为一个超 40 亿美元的 DAO。Block.one 多年来的失职行为已对 EOS 生态造成严重伤害，Block.one 应该对自己的失信行为负责，归还原本属于 EOS 生态的资产。目前 EOS 网络基金会已聘请加拿大顶级律师事务所，调查 Block.one 过去对 EOS 社区和 EOS 投资者的不正当行为和未履行承诺，并确定包括提起正式诉讼在内的法律维权途径。随着调查深入，EOS 网络基金会将向社会公布最新进展。在此之前，EOS 网络基金会曾多次尝试与 Block.one 进行谈判和解，但 Block.one 单方面决定退出谈判。
