PANews 2月16日消息，Bitcoin Magazine推特发文称，俄罗斯前财政部长表示，禁止比特币就像“禁止互联网”一样。俄罗斯财政部此前曾表示，投资比特币和加密货币不应该是犯罪行为。俄罗斯政府和央行已就加密货币监管达成一致，俄罗斯将加密资产视为货币。
