PANews 2月22日消息，“鲸探数字藏品家”公众号发文称，其发现部分用户在平台外私下违规交易数字藏品，根据《蚂蚁链数字藏品平台用户服务协议》规定，如经过合理判定认定转售行为违规，其有权进行处罚。该公众号流出了被“处罚”的60多个账号，处罚的方式是限制转赠。
据悉，鲸探是原支付宝粉丝粒迭代产品，此前，其公布了NFT的“无偿转赠”功能，但其又声明，坚决反对任何形式的数字藏品转售。
