PANews 3月21日消息，SushiSwap发起社区提案“Sushi Legal Structure”，计划为Sushi DAO成立协会或基金会，以明确代币持有者和贡献者的权利和义务，限制他们的责任并降低未来的风险。此外也计划为SushiSwap的贡献者创建各种服务实体，瑞士协会法目前是优先的解决方案。
